It's a pity about the Prolific parts, years ago they were less likely to be fake but now I won't bother with them any more.
I don't have issues with them on the UNO copies. Open device manager by right-click Windows icon and choose it from the results.

Finally, forcing it to use Microsofts usbser.sys (Browse For Drivers > Ports > USB Serial Communications) in Device Manager also didnt seem to work.

Seller has now agreed to refund in full and I will then close the case. I also tried the Prolific 2.0.6 driver recently released on but I guess that still isnt ARM64 native.
